Shipping Information

• All our products are manufactured and shipped, Directly from our factory in Kingston, Jamaica.
• Orders are processed and ready for shipment (with only a few exceptions) within 2-3 work days after they are received.
• Shipping charges are calculated on checkout and included in your invoice total.
• In the event that your charges cannot be computed at checkout, you will be notified of the shipping charges via Email prior to us shipping the goods.

International Shipments

We ship internationally to the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, UK and other countries. Currently two shipping modes are offered.

Standard

5 - 7 work-days (not including processing time) Available for shipments to USA, Canada, Caribbean and UK No weekend delivery

Expedited

3 - 5 work-days (not including processing time) Available for shipments to USA, Canada, Caribbean, UK and other areas serviced by FedEX International Priority Service. For international shipments, taxes and other duties may be applicable. These charges as well as any other requirements by the relevant customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Local Shipments (delivery within Jamaica)

3 - 5 work days (not including processing time). Same day and next-day deliveries for some items are available. Please contact us if this is required. We also offer a customer pick-up option, allowing customers the choice of no delivery charges, by collecting their purchase from our Kingston office.
