How to Shop
Placing an Order
Placing an order at Creative Ideas Ja.com is easy, safe and secure. (You can review our Privacy and Security policies here).
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You can explore the various product categories or search for items based on price. When you find an item that interests you, click the picture or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
If you want to order an item, click the "Buy" button. You will be taken to the "Your Shopping Cart" page where you can review your purchase, change the quantity or make any other changes to your selection. Use "Continue Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your Shopping Cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page.
Checkout
Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping basket and is ready to place an order click the "Checkout" button to start the checkout process. The Checkout process is a simple 3 step process.
- Provide Shipping and Billing information.
If you already have a member's account, you can simply provide your username and password. Your shipping and billing info will appear for your review. You can make changes if required, then press the "Continue" button for the next stage of the checkout process.
If you do not have an account, you can choose to create one, or continue without creating an account, either way you will be required to provide your shipping and billing info.

- Provide Payment Details. We accept most major credit cards. If you have a Paypal account, you can also use it to pay for your purchase. In addition Jamaican based shoppers can also use their local NCB KeyCard credit card to pay for their purchase.
Rest assured that we use industry-standard encryption technologies, to ensure that your on-line shopping experience at Creative Ideas Ja is kept safe. If however you are still not comfortable with making an on-line payment, please contact us, and we will provide alternate payment options.
Once the checkout process is completed you will be presented with a copy of your invoice. Press the "Print" button (or use your browser's 'File' - 'Print' command) to get a printed copy. In addition we will also send to you an Email verification of your order within 24 hours. If you are paying by bank deposit or wire-transfer, fax a copy of your transaction receipt to us. Make sure that your order number is included. All purchases must be pre-paid. We will ship once payment is verified.
