PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?: We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Key Cards. You can also pay for your purchase with your PayPal account. If you do not find any of these payment methods convenient, please contact us to make other arrangements.
I am not comfortable using my credit card online. Can I make alternate arrangements?: Yes. Call us at (876) 461-3577 or (876) 825-0097 and we can make alternate payment arrangements.

SHIPPING

I live in the US, how soon after placing my order will I receive my purchase?

The time taken to receive your purchase is dependent on the Shipping Method chosen, with: Standard Shipping: You should receive your purchase within 7-10 work days (i.e. 2-3 days processing time + 5-7 days shipping time) Expedited Shipping: You should receive your purchase within 4-8 work days. ( i.e. 2-3 days processing time + 3-5 days shipping time)

I live in Jamaica, how long will it take to receive my purchase?

3 - 5 work days. Same day and next-day deliveries for some items are available. Please contact us if this is required. We also offer a customer pick-up option, allowing customers the choice of no delivery charges, by collecting their purchase from our Kingston office.

What are the Shipping Methods available?

Currently two shipping modes are offered:

Standard Shipping 5 - 7 work-days (not including processing time*) Available for shipments to USA, Canada, Caribbean and UK. No weekend delivery
Expedited Shipping 2 - 5 work-days (not including processing time*) Available for shipments to USA, Canada, Caribbean, UK and other areas serviced by FedEX International Priority Service.

For international shipments, taxes and other duties may be applicable. These charges as well as any other requirements by the relevant customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient. *PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed and ready for shipment (with only a few exceptions) within 2-3 work days after they are received.
